He wants what?

I'll admit when I'm wrong and I was wrong with Kirk Cousins. Yesterday I blamed the skins, today I am going to blame the greedy fucker that Kirk apparently is. Guy wanted 20 million a year, 20!! The career backup with one good year (half of which he was mediocre) wants 20 million a year. I cannot describe to you how ridiculous that is. You have to prove that you were not a flash in the pan before asking for the kind of cash. The thing that gets me too is Washington would have gave hime 16 mill a season. This whole franchise tag thing is either the best or worst decision Cousins has made in his life. Either he proves last year was no fluke and then cashes in huge or he plays like he has for most of his career and gets low balled on the open market. Your move Kirk, you slydog.

P.S. if the franchise tag for a qb is barely 20 million then how does cousins think he is worth that much? The franchise tag is what the top 5 at the position make, let that sink in for a moment

Tom Brady seemed destine to ride off into the sunset on a half functional body and a relatively intact brain, donning a Patriots jersey. It seems that the ancient quarterback and his morally inept team had something else in mind. Brady met with Belicheck and thats that, no progress, no give and take. The XFL rule that the NFL must adopt

The XFL has burst onto the scene. By burst I mean the league has yet to fold. In all seriousness, as a football fan I am just happy there is semi-coherent football being played. Sure quarterback play isn't up to snuff (with the exception of a couple guys) but the XFL is doing something very cool. Other leagues have failed because they try and emulate or compete with the NFL. The XFL had basically filled a need (spring football) and provided enough wild concepts to keep your average fan somewhat interested. Honestly thats all football loving degenerates like myself need. The NFL would be wise to check their immense egos and improve their game through a key rule change.  The adoption of the XFL's revolutionary kickoff structure is a must for the league.
