Rock bottom and it sucks dick. Its a real testament to the job Arians and Kiem have done for 4-6-1 to be rock bottom. But the point remains this is the worst. Fans of shitty teams will say something along the lines of "oh you have no idea". Well I do, actually its just a little different. When everyone is sucking your dick in the offseason and writing reports like "Cards are a superbowl contender" then yeah rock fucking bottom is essentially being eliminated from the playoffs. Expectations and talent level play a huge part in how you should feel about your team. This is essentially a worst case scenario for this team no ifs ands or buts about it. We've given our coach a heart attack and everything that can go wrong has went wrong. Yesterdays game was a perfect example of this. Started the game firing on all cylinders only to be dismantled by our own stupidity. Penalties, mental mistakes and shitty oline play caused us to be eviscerated by a team that we should have beat. So has been the narrative of this team all fuckin year. Its one thing when you get beat straight up, its another when you should win and you just continue to fuck it up. I'm in a dark place right now. In case you couldnt tell.

Tom Brady seemed destine to ride off into the sunset on a half functional body and a relatively intact brain, donning a Patriots jersey. It seems that the ancient quarterback and his morally inept team had something else in mind. Brady met with Belicheck and thats that, no progress, no give and take. It seemed like a rather Belicheckian end to a 20 year long domination tour. The coach, of course, is known as an analytical decision maker who rather cut a player too early than too late. The XFL rule that the NFL must adopt

The XFL has burst onto the scene. By burst I mean the league has yet to fold. In all seriousness, as a football fan I am just happy there is semi-coherent football being played. Sure quarterback play isn't up to snuff (with the exception of a couple guys) but the XFL is doing something very cool. Other leagues have failed because they try and emulate or compete with the NFL. The XFL had basically filled a need (spring football) and provided enough wild concepts to keep your average fan somewhat interested. Honestly thats all football loving degenerates like myself need. The NFL would be wise to check their immense egos and improve their game through a key rule change.  The adoption of the XFL's revolutionary kickoff structure is a must for the league.
