I've said it once and I'll say it again, the balls on this guy are ridiculous. SO it came out on monday that he had a sprained AC joint (an injury that is painful as fuck), which should keep any quarterback out of a game. He wasnt sure if he would play, while all us rational people were thinking "its landry jones time". Then yesterday we hear he also has ligament damage which essentially means denver is walking right into the NFC Championship game. I was worried that we were doomed for another shitty qb performance that would ruin a playoff game (im looking at you brian hoyer). Low and behold, the toughest quarterback of all-time is going to play. Can you believe that shit? All I know is if you didnt respect the guy before (on the field, off the field is another story), you sure as hell have to throw some shine his way now. The dude is always hurt and somehow finds a way to miss minimal games and is goddamn effective I might add.

Tom Brady seemed destine to ride off into the sunset on a half functional body and a relatively intact brain, donning a Patriots jersey. It seems that the ancient quarterback and his morally inept team had something else in mind. Brady met with Belicheck and thats that, no progress, no give and take. It seemed like a rather Belicheckian end to a 20 year long domination tour. The coach, of course, is known as an analytical decision maker who rather cut a player too early than too late. The XFL rule that the NFL must adopt

The XFL has burst onto the scene. By burst I mean the league has yet to fold. In all seriousness, as a football fan I am just happy there is semi-coherent football being played. Sure quarterback play isn't up to snuff (with the exception of a couple guys) but the XFL is doing something very cool. Other leagues have failed because they try and emulate or compete with the NFL. The XFL had basically filled a need (spring football) and provided enough wild concepts to keep your average fan somewhat interested. Honestly thats all football loving degenerates like myself need. The NFL would be wise to check their immense egos and improve their game through a key rule change.  The adoption of the XFL's revolutionary kickoff structure is a must for the league.
