John Lynch named GM of the Niners
Yup, you read that right. John Lynch former player and current NFL analyst has been named the GM of a pro football team. In this unprecedented move, the struggling franchise decided to choose a man with no NFL front office experience to guide their franchise. Am I the only one that thinks signing an analyst to a six year deal is absolutely ludicrous. The niners are a team in deep dysfunction. They needed a steady, experienced hand to build this franchise up again. Instead they chose an inexperienced former player and one of the youngest head coaches in the league. This a gamble of epic proportions. Considering their last coach only stuck around for a season, this duo better be ready to rock.
P.S. Love the Shanahan hiring, you jsut have to pair a guy that young with an experienced NFL front office guy and they failed miserably in this
