Josh Gordon denied re-entry

                    VS.

Im of two minds on Josh Gordon. 1. He's an idiot who has his priorities fucked up. This speaks to his unwillingness to kick the ganja in order to make millions. The average career is four years. Get your money, dominate the league and retire at 33. At which point you can spend the rest of your life smoking some herb to numb the pain of all of those hits over the years. Seems reasonable to me. Also you can still drink so maybe do that while your playing if you must have a vice. 2. The NFL needs to figure this whole weed thing out. I'm of the mind that a private corporation has its choice in policies and shouldn't be forced one way or another. This is especially true for something that is still technically illegal. However, when you hand out dangerous opioids and other synthetic pain meds like there M and M's an alternative might be in order. Furthermore, when a negative drug test for a harmless, non-addictive plant has a greater punishment then domestic violence, gun charges or spitting in the face of cop then we might have a problem (See Hardy, Talib and Pacman). Sprinkle in the long term addiction potential of the aforementioned pain pills and theres really no reason to outlaw weed any longer. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem likely as the NFL's resident ginger decided to say weed is dangerous and addictive. Everything he says is usually a reflection of most of the owners. So enjoy the couch time Mr. Gordon, you might be there for a while
