Celebrations are back....sort of

In a move that seems anti-Goddell celebration rules have changed. The so called "No Fun League" nickname really started to manifest when we were stripped of creative celebrations. From Chad Johnson (ochocinco or whatever) golfing with a pylon to Randy Moss's mooning escapades celebrations made for some of the best moments. These were stripped away when Fuhrer Goddell came in to clean up the league. Next the NFL set its sights on the ever exciting goal post dunk celebration. A common celebration amongst the various former basketball players such as Jimmy Graham. It was when Graham almost broke a goal post that the No fun league again stripped us of post touchdown entertainment, outlawing the dunk. Other then the lambeau leap, celebrations had really lost their luster. Everytime we saw a good one, the team was penalized and the player was sometimes fined (see Antonio Brown twerking like a chick). It appears we have turned a corner as the league competition committee voted for the return of celebrations, well sort of. You can now go to the ground with the ball, have team celebrations and use the ball as a prop. Im inclined to think that this is essentially a reinstatement of celebrations as a whole. In classic Goddell manner hes not going to give it all back, just a little taste. I have to say a little taste is all I need
