Arians rushed to hospital

Probably the closest I've come to a heartattack this side of the 08 superbowl. Bruce Arians was rushed to hospital with stomach pains and I braced for the worst. Luckily he was released shortly thereafter with what, I can only guess is a case of severe fat guy gas. Does us Cards fans a favor Bruce and drink some pepto bismal before you decide to scare the shit out of long suffering, fragile Cards fans like myself. In all seriousness, I'm just glad my football messiah has risen from the hospital to coach another season for the red and white.

We have another supreme talent suspended for smoking a little ganja. Smith out

Daryl Smith of the Ravens was cut today after acumulating 122 tackles last year. Despite his age (33), Smith can still play at a high level. The reason for his release has more to do with the Ravens cap situation then anything. Also the rise of future star CJ Mosely, made him somewhat expendable. However, this is a guy who wont be unemployed for long. MLB is always a position of need for many teams. In fact, a certain desert team has the need and history of taking on proven veterans. Go get him Keim!
