This lastest Manziel news has sealed his fate. Its one thing when there are rumours about what you do in your free time. Its another thing to trash a mansion and leave fuckin shrooms and blow all over the place. Its over, done, what a ride though. I have to say when I cant find shit to blog this guy always comes up in the clutch. I thought he could be a good player but that was long ago. Anyways I dont feel sorry for this kid at all, his family is in oil so its not like he needs our sympathy to begin with. The only thing that I am left wondering is would he have been okay if this wasnt the digital age. Thing about a Kenny Stabler for example. I feel like he would have been outed as an absolute party animal if he was alive today. Everyone just has to show each other what they are doing constantly with pictures and videos. I digress, what a ride Johnny, what a ride.

The XFL rule that the NFL must adopt

The XFL has burst onto the scene. By burst I mean the league has yet to fold. In all seriousness, as a football fan I am just happy there is semi-coherent football being played. Sure quarterback play isn't up to snuff (with the exception of a couple guys) but the XFL is doing something very cool. Other leagues have failed because they try and emulate or compete with the NFL. The XFL had basically filled a need (spring football) and provided enough wild concepts to keep your average fan somewhat interested. Honestly thats all football loving degenerates like myself need. The NFL would be wise to check their immense egos and improve their game through a key rule change.  The adoption of the XFL's revolutionary kickoff structure is a must for the league.
